Glacier Storm Glass: a little winter on your desk
A glacier storm glass with a minimalist design
This glacier storm glass swaps the traditional vial for a faceted, cut-crystal shape. Inside, a clear solution forms crystals that keep changing: fine threads like frost, flakes in suspension or a snowy layer at the bottom. The dark wooden base adds warmth and anchors it on a desk, shelf or bedside table. The quality glass lets the light through, making every formation even more visible.
A crystal barometer to give as a gift
The storm glass barometer has fascinated people since the days of Admiral FitzRoy, who used it aboard his ships. Today we know its crystals respond mainly to changes in temperature, but the show is just the same: a landscape that never repeats itself. It is an original present for someone who loves contemplative objects, a colleague, a mom or a weather enthusiast. Its smart box means it is ready to give.
